Stallions

All three of our beautiful boys are continuously gaining a reputation for themselves in the show ring in several disciplines, showing that they have the right attitude, temperament and intelligence, to be alround performance horses, and therefore an ideal choice to breed the future horse that you require.

  Patros HB

For temperament, outstanding movement and top class
performance ability, we recommend Patros HB.
He has gone this year (2008) to prove what a talent he has for working under saddle. He has had several championships including the title of British National Champion 2008. He qualified for Horse of the Year Show at only his 2nd C show of the season, an achievement of which we and Claire Fitch are rightly proud.

He now has several foals on the ground, all of whom have his laid back gentle nature, easy movement and super paces, and all with their lovely large eyes should go on to achieve much in the show ring. For futher information please do not hesitate to call. Patros had avery suceesful open ridden season in 2009 including supreme of show at Osbeldeston, stallion class winner at the international at Towerlands and also 2nd place at Hoys. We are eagerly anticipating just as much success during 2010 and as he is still only 6 years old he has an awful lot to give lets hope he not only continues to live up to the reputation he is fast gaining but exceeds all expectations. Also we had a good season for one of his youngstock in the inhand ring during 2009 and was placed in all 3 of the shows he attended and is showing the same movement, laid back temperament and potential as his father.

Patros had an amazing season 2010 taking the first Hoys ticket of the season, and remaining  unbeaten stallion including British national champion. This is an achievement he has for both the novice and open sections under saddle, as well as much success in hand including class winner at the european championships. He is fast becoming the most consistent ridden stallionin the UK gaining second place for the second year running at Hoys and is looking forward to a very bright and positive future.

We are pleased  to be able to tell you that Patros will be standing at stud for both natural covering and by AI for the 2011 breeding season for the first time since begining a ridden career, we are looking forward to helping you to breed your future with the produce of this tallented and beautiful horse.

FROZEN SEMEN IS NOW AVAILABLE FOR PATROS.

  Angelo RE

For beauty, refinement, and amazing presence,
we recommend Angelo RE

Angelo is a beautiful stallion who we first saw at Scottsdale in 2005 where he went onto become top ten in the yearling colt class. He arrived in this country in the June and amonst his show results for that year was midland junior champion, 2nd at the nationals, and 2nd in Aachen. Since then he has remained at home maturing into the stunning horse that he now is. We have backed him and he loves to go for hacks out around the bridle paths here and is showing a great attitude to work including jumping. We are hoping that this year will see a return to the show ring, so that many more people can too enjoy his beauty. His first few foals have now been born and are every bit as beautiful as we expected.

Angelo returned to the show ring during 2009 at only a couple of shows and recieved the reserve champion stallion accolade at North Staffs summer show, hopefully we will see him out again this year and improving on the reults gained. We are also pleased that we may now be in a position to begin showing his youngstock, who are all pretty, very elegant in thier movement, and all with excellent temperaments, we hope that they too gain the results they deserve.

We are pleased to welcome our new addition to the farm. A young dark bay colt 3 years old by the famous leading straight Egyptian sire in the USA, Botswana. I have followed Botswana for several years always hoping to breed from him, never being able to as there was no frozen semen. I could not believe it then, when having announced this was now available and being successful in obtaining a breeding.

I was then given the opportunity to bring home this beautiful colt from Gary and Holly Mcdonald in the US. Khawn is very like his father to look at, also being a straight Egyptian he has gorgeous eyes, a scoopy face and a refined muzzle. His neck is set on perfectly, very smooth through the body, with lots of tail carriage and easy flowing movement.
This tall (15.2 at just 3) leggy colt has an amazing temperament and was the perfect gent when he recently covered two of our mares who are in foal on the first attempt.

Look out for him in the show ring in the future we have high hopes for him.

Khawns first foal a filly out of Muranas Nani has

now arrived (See pictures)
